How long does it take to get my documents?
Most documents are prepared and available for download within 3-5 business days after you've completed the questionnaire. Rush processing is available for an additional fee. You'll receive an email notification when your documents are ready.

Do I need both spouses to agree for a divorce?

How long does a deed preparation take to process?
Deed preparation typically takes 3-5 business days. We'll prepare your deed according to state law requirements. You can then have it notarized and recorded with your county's recorder's office.
Can I change my name for any reason?

Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you haven't accessed or downloaded your documents. Once documents have been prepared and downloaded, we cannot issue refunds as the service has been completed.

We currently serve all 50 states. Each service is customized with state-specific laws and requirements to ensure your documents are valid in your jurisdiction.
